Most people input Japanese Kanji with it readings in, for example "漢字"(かんじ) is difficult to input it without reading . In China most people use '五筆字型'(Wu3bi3zi4xing2) to input Chinese characters with it's structure, so I change it and make a new method to input Japanese Kanji ---- WuBiKanJi(五筆漢字).
WuBiKanJi(五筆漢字) solves both the dialect problem and the speed problem. Wubi, as this text will refer to the method, has these advantages:
- Any Japanese Kanji can be entered by using four or less keystrokes.
- Based on the written character, rather than pronunciation, multiple methods for different dialects are not necessary; therefore, WuBiKanJi is universal.
The only drawback to WubiKanJi is that extensive memorization is required to become proficient.
People Japanese and Chinese, for anyone familiar with the complexity of Kanji WuBiKanJi is clearly worth the work to enter Japanese document.
For English speakers, however, interpreting the Japanese documentation for WubiKanJi could prove difficult and frustrating. This document, the first of its kind, clearly presents both the basics and intricacies of the WubiKanJi input method for the benefit of speakers of English.
Every Chinese character can be broken down into its root characters, or 字根 (zi4gen1). Conversely, characters can be built by combining these roots. |
